In just his 2nd year as head coach, Coach Drayton led the Lehigh Valley Steelers to a second consecutive
division championship and also a Conference Championship defeating 4 time league Champion Conshohocken Steelers
before posting their Second Colonial Football Alliance Championship in 6 Years.
In 2009, Coach Drayton served as Defensive Coordinator for the New York Majesty of the Lingerie Football League.
In 2006, was the Defensive Backs coach for the now defunct Lehigh Valley Outlaws under Head Coach Al Forsythe.
Playing Experience
2008-2009 - Played Tight End for the New Jersey Revolution in 2008 and was the ONLY player on the roster to play all
12 games and EVERY offensive down (at the age of 38)
2004-07 - Played TE and FS for the Lehigh Valley Steelers and was a 3 Time, First Team CFA All Star
2002-03 - Played TE/LB for the now defunct Northern Tier Bruins. Earned 2002 First Team All-American Honors as TE
1999-2001 - Played for the Scranton Eagles - Starting FS and 3 Time All American.1999 Empire Football League Champion
and MVP, posting 10 Ints 3 Blocked kicks and 3 TDs (also split time with the New York Panthers - Under Head Coach Wylia
Slade)
Earned a tryout in the Canadian Football League (Calgary Stampede/ Montreal Alouettes)
1998 - CB/FS for the Milford/East Penn Scorpions. Posted 14 Ints (Record still stands) and named the team MVP
1996-1998 - Lehigh Valley Outlaws (Outdoor)

Coach Drayton currently resides in Allentown, PA, with his wife, Melissa, and their two children:
daughter, Chenelle, and their son, Chris III. Coach Drayton also works as an Account Executive for the
